Happy HAPPY birthday to MEEEEEEE!

DECEMBER 31, 2008

That's RIGHT, ladies & gentlemen! Today I have turned the big 3-7! How do I feel about it? I think I'm finally becoming a little mature. I was working out on the elliptical yesterday and reading... the Ikea Kitchen catalog. And I was quite excited about it. THAT's what it means to be getting old. Cabinets turn you on. New... working... shiny cabinets.
So... WHAT'DJA GET ME??? Nothing? Well here's your chance to make it up:

Mama needs some new music on her iPod.

I'd ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT if everyone who stops by my humble blog today would be sweet enough to post one or more of their FAVORITE work out songs so that I may have some new tunes to choose from. I'll start by sharing my...

CURRENT TOP FIVE FAVORITE WORK OUT SONGS :

5) Hazy Shade of Winter by the Bangles
4) So What by Pink

3) It's Tricky by Run DMC

2) Disturbia by Rihanna

1) Feel Good Inc. by the Gorillaz

(and I JUST downloaded Head Like a Hole from Nine Inch Nails & can't wait to crank THAT up in the morning!)

I realize that most of these are no surprise to MY smart readers since they play over and OVER on my blog. That's why I need some help! So... THANK YOU in advance for sharing the music that makes YOU move! I can't wait to see what's posted as I'm in & out of the house today!

I hope EVERYONE has a WONDERFUL and safe New Year~ enjoy my birthday & I'll see you on the FLIP SIDE in 2009!

Can't help you on the song issue, I'm seriously needy in that department. You've already been a wealth of info from your playlist.
Thanks!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!!!

Hope that you are having a wonderful day, what a wonderful day to have a birthday on!

Just wanna say thanks for taking the time to pop by my blog, and be so supportive. After reading your post I read back quite a few pages on your blog and I honestly can say that your blog is the one particular blog that I read that gave me that drive to continue doing this for me. I just got this incredible energy from your blog and I want to say THANK YOU. A prime example of what I feel I could be missing out on had my blog been private.

Now onto the songs. I'm gonna leave a few since everyone has different taste. Hopefully one of them will spark your interest.

Artist/Song
U2 - Elevation
Bonnie Rait - Something to talk about
Christina Aguilera - Candyman
KT Tunstall - Suddenly I See
Lustra - Scotty Doesn't Know
Matchbox 20 - How Far We've Come

Happy New Year!

First off, hope you don't mind me stopping by just browsing blogs and found you.

Happy Birthday - just turned 37 in October - not so bad.

NIN - awesome! You'll love it I have a few of them on my exercise play list.

Lastly, maybe:
Stronger by Kanye West. Has a great message - and a good fast beat.
